Default HIDDEN HITCH - ANY INTEREST? AutoX'rs, track guru's where are you???

I just finished designing and testing a hidden hitch for the Z.

It will work with the oem bumper and be completely out of sight as you can see below.

It will also work with those that have the bumper tuck as well.

With ball mount and receiver hitch mounted:

With ball mount and receiver hitch removed:

Just like the curt optional hitch that is sold online and uhaul - it does require notching a small portion of the very bottom center of your rear bumper........not seen unless your looking down low or squatted.......very very bottom section. I didn't worry much about that since the alternative hitch also requires it so i didn't think that would be an issue.

For those with bumper tuck - a small notch is needed about 1.5x1.5 inch cut on the section of bumper that is tucked up, so you dont see it anyways.

You would have to unscrew your bumper tuck and remount it using washers due to the hitch mounting on the aluminum bumper support - BUT YOU WILL BE ABLE TO STILL RUN THE BUMPER TUCK.

Discuss please, any questions???
