I had an 05 base model, loved it. I had it till 72,000 miles, then I wrecked it
. But I have to say, for a car with 72k miles that had been taken down the drag strip 70-80 times with a hard burnout each pass, it felt TIGHT. I have so far been very impressed with the durability+reliability of the 350z. The engine was strong and reliable, and I got almost 30mpg on the highway. Now I have an 07 touring model, which I love even a little bit more. It's nice to get one of the higher trim levels so you get lots of options, like Cruise, VDC (if you think that's a good thing. I turn it off alot), heated leather seats, better stock stereo w/mp3, limited slip diff, etc.. Though the best part about the 07 and 08's is the engine upgrade. It's nice to have an extra 25-30hp and another 800 rpm's to work with .I'd trust most used 350z's, as long as I could get a clean carfax and a good, long test drive.
