Is it as easy (parts and cost) to upgrade performance on a G35 as it is on a 350Z?

Alot of the parts on the 350z and the G35 are either the same, or very similar. It should be just about the same. Brian's right about the weight.

We got an 05 G35 coupe in. I don't know what the color is called, but it is a fugly washed out gold. Not pretty. Nonetheless, this car is hot. The curb weight is something like 128lbs over a Z. That's nothing. And this car has more style points than any Z I have seen.
I had not really considered one previously, but for what I can see the used market is very close to the Z's in price. For that you get a more stylish, much more luxurious (meaning mama loves it) car for roughly the same money. Do they have the same issues with the 06 year model engine? |
